Work collaboratively with your team to identify and overcome obstacles, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence:
Manage all facets of the business to include sales, fitness, and gym operations. Coordinate and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly club functions to enhance profitability, prioritize member satisfaction, and ensure compliance.
• Continuous Improvement:
Implement strategies for continuous improvement in sales, service, and fitness categories, leveraging your business acumen and leadership skills.
• Goal Setting:
Guide and support team members in setting and achieving ambitious goals, driving both gym and career progression.
• Effective Communication:
Facilitate transparent communication channels to keep all team members informed, engaged, and equipped with the necessary training and resources.
Qualifications:
• Bold Leadership:
Demonstrate proficiency in fostering a high-performance culture through effective people development, innovation, and collaborative leadership.
• Management
Experience:
Possess 2-4 years of progressive management experience, overseeingemployees within a team-oriented environment.
• Industry Expertise:
Acquire 3-5 years of diverse retail, hospitality, or operations industry experience, emphasizing operational efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
• Mentorship:
Dedication to training, developing, and mentoring team members through active observation, coaching, accountability, and leading by example.
• Master Communicator:
Phenomenal communication skills, oral and written, with heavy emphasis on listening!

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certification:
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification required; may be obtained upon hiring.
