Your Role at Cycle Bar Portland

Were looking for a passionate, driven, and community-minded Studio General Manager to lead our Portland, OR location. As the face of the studio, youll be responsible for energizing your team, growing our membership base, and delivering an exceptional rider experience every single day. Youll be supported by our franchise owner and national sales team, but empowered to make your studio thrive through your own leadership, creativity, and initiative.

What Youll Do
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team thats focused on hospitality, sales, and service.
  • Drive studio revenue through membership sales, renewals, and retail performance.
  • Build a strong community presence through grassroots marketing
    , partnerships, and local outreach.
  • Manage studio operations including staff schedules, cleanliness, and event execution.
  • Champion a culture of inclusivity, motivation, and accountability among your team and riders.
  • Set and exceed monthly targets in collaboration with studio ownership.
  • Mentor and coach the CBX team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and closing sales.
  • Monitor and improve studio performance through data-driven decision-making.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of sales or fitness industry experience
    , preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing a team of 5+ people with measurable success.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.
  • Comfort with sales processes and training others to sell with confidence.
  • Ability to manage multiple revenue streams (memberships + retail).
  • Enthusiasm for fitness, wellness, and building community.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
