Overview
The Judge Group is currently seeking a Director of Fleet & Facility Maintenance. This is an Operations position responsible for directing the activities associated with the general maintenance, repair, and appearance of the facility, fleet shop, outside grounds, office space, beverage department, security, and power industrial equipment and third party providers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, expense management, compliance with government regulations, ensuring safety and security of the building, its contents, and people and providing management and direction to beverage, fleet, and facility maintenance staff.
Responsibilities- Responsible for managing or performing skilled trades and lower level apprentice craftwork for construction, maintenance, and repair of facilities systems, buildings, and equipment including:
- Installation, repair, and maintenance in a manufacturing or field site environment.
- Installation, repair, maintenance, dismantle, and movement of large and/or complex industrial equipment.
- Service and repair of automobiles and their parts.
- Bachelor s Degree plus 7 years of management experience in Fleet/Facility Maintenance within food service / distribution industry
- Non-degreed 11 years of management experience in Fleet & Facility Maintenance within food service / distribution industry
- Fleet Maintenance Experience in Distribution environment
- Facility Maintenance Management experience in Distribution environment
- Material Handling Maintenance Experience
- Ammonia Refrigeration experience is a huge plus
