Warehouse Material Handler – U.S. Venture, Inc.
Position Summary:
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm with rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; when lifting commercial tires use team lifts or mechanical equipment.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Remain on the move, be willing to work on feet for extended periods, and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, and will call) as business needs require.
- Perform other job‑related tasks and follow supervisor instructions as needed.

Must be qualified in visual, auditory, and physical ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds; exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handle commercial tires using team lifts or mechanical equipment.
Protective equipment required: steel/composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, self‑retracting lifeline. All equipment provided except for boots.
Work environment may involve weather exposure, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications- 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds with barrels.
- Capability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Compliance with all company safety policies and transportation regulations.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Team‑work ability.
- Successful pass of pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
