Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with various machining tools and equipment, including lathes and mills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a machining environment.
