Sustainable Families Program offered at Birch Community Services
17780 Northeast San Rafael Street, Portland, OR 97230
Must meet all of the following requirements:
- Someone in the household is working or actively looking for work.
- Able to volunteer and discuss finances.
- Someone in the household who is able to speak conversationally fluent English for program communications.
Provides financial literacy courses. Program participants have access to an on-site food pantry. Participating households are required to monthly complete a 2-hour volunteer shift.
Mission is to build a financially stable community by providing education, food, and nurturing accountability.
