Job Description

The Eviction Prevention Education Coordinator supports SEI's housing stability and eviction prevention efforts by providing education, coaching, and resources that help participants maintain stable housing. This role focuses on delivering holistic eviction prevention education, facilitating workshops, building participant capacity around financial literacy and tenant‑landlord relationships, and cultivating partnerships that strengthen long‑term housing stability.

Unlike case management positions, this role does not conduct eligibility assessments or handle program intake and data reporting. Instead, it centers on prevention and retention strategies that empower clients and communities to remain housed.

Strong leadership is required to develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with internal teams, external partners, participants, and community members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
