Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN)

As a vital member of our health care team, you’ll provide top‑note patient care within your assigned department or unit. Working closely with clinical managers and other health professionals, you’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, always ensuring the highest standards.

You’ll work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and support staff to create comprehensive care plans and deliver the best outcomes.

  • Procedural Units
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct, compassionate patient care while adhering to Legacy Health’s high standards for assessment, delivery, and transfer.
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care for every patient.
  • Advocate for patients by offering education and emotional support, helping them navigate their health journeys.
  • Leverage cutting‑edge electronic health systems to accurately document patient information and provide seamless care.
Qualifications Education
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by licensure.
  • BSN is strongly preferred. If you’re working towards your BSN, we encourage you to apply!
  • For certain roles, a BSN is required. We also consider RNs without a BSN based on clinical experience and approval from the Chief Nursing Officer.
Experience
  • At least one year of nursing experience, or completion of the Legacy Health RN Residency program (or equivalent).
  • Additional clinical experience may be required, depending on the department.
Skills & Qualities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to navigate and utilize electronic health systems.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Licensure
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Pay Range

USD $54.37 - $81.21 per hour.
