Clinical Program Manager RN – Hybrid – Providence
OverviewIn partnership with the Division Director, the Clinical Program Manager RN leads nursing practice, quality initiatives, and clinical improvement efforts across the division. This role develops and implements evidence‑based nursing and clinical practices, utilizing established standards, research findings, and quality improvement principles.
Responsibilities- Lead teams in developing and implementing evidence‑based nursing and clinical practices.
- Collaborate with the Division Director and clinical leadership to align quality initiatives with organizational goals.
- Utilize quality improvement principles to assess and enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes.
- Support nursing practice, quality initiatives, and clinical improvement efforts across the division.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education)
- 5 years of acute‑care nursing experience
- 3 years of clinical practice development, quality, or education experience
- Active RN license for WA, OR, or TX
- Ph.D. in Nursing or DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice)
- Oregon – Portland: $59,390 – $93,750
- Washington – Eastern: $52,850 – $83,420
- Texas – Lubbock: $45,300 – $71,510
