We are seeking a Pediatric Nursing Supervisor to lead and support our pediatric nursing and medical assistant teams at South Shore Medical Center. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensure high-quality pediatric care, and guide a collaborative team in delivering safe, efficient, patient-centered service.

This is an on-site, day shift position.

• Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and departmental goals
• Provide and support high-quality pediatric patient care; step in clinically as needed
• Lead, mentor, and assign nursing and medical assistant staff while supporting workflow efficiency
• Resolve patient issues, facilitate communication between staff and leadership, and support a culture of safety
• Coordinate staff education, scheduling, and performance development in partnership with the Nurse Educator and leadership

• BSN required; graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current MA Registered Nurse (RN) license and BLS certification
• Four or more years of nursing experience, including pediatrics and ambulatory care
• Prior supervisory or demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and clinical technology skills
