As a Nursing Assistant (NA) with Sapphire you will assist residents with daily living activities while supporting each individual in reaching their healthcare goals. Sapphire will provide the training and resources to keep our Nursing Assistants (NA) engaged and maintain top quality skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services
- Chart all appropriate documentation
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- As a Nursing Assistant (NA) you will work with nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition
- Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
- Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the facility
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Proof of Nursing Assistant program completion certificate.
