Columbia River Surgery Centeris looking for a full time Registered Nurse (RN) Pre Op/PACU to join the team!
Columbia River Surgery Center is a fast-paced, multi-specialty, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.
What You Will Do (Job Summary)The Registered Nurse (RN) Pre Op/PACU provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient’s condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. May assist the physicians in the procedure rooms with various tasks, including conscious sedation, and utilizing sterile techniques as deemed appropriate. Will provide total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation;
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge.
Monday-Friday work schedule. NO call required. NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours.

- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
- Active RN license in Oregon
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Experience in PACU or Critical Care preferred
- Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
- Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet the needs of patients and the unit
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
