- Indiana licensed with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
- 1 year of experience required as PMHNP minimum.
- Experienced working with children, adolescents, or adults.
- Experienced in medication management as well as psychotherapy.
- Full time only (40hrs).
