Quality Program Manager RN – Nursing Services
The Quality Program Manager RN is responsible for the oversight of clinical quality duties relating to patient care. Works to improve quality of care and strengthen the clinical staff by standardizing clinical workflows, processes, protocols, and policies within the clinics and implementing best practices. Partners and collaborates with Clinic Leadership for accountability and ensure success. Acts as a resource for clinical issues, concerns, and clinical quality improvement including safety, infection prevention, medication management, and other clinical quality related items.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school OR ADN plus 2 years additional leadership experience.
- Upon hire:
Oregon Registered Nurse License. - Upon hire:
Basic Life Support (BLS). - 5 years direct patient care.
- 3 years leadership experience in addition to the direct patient care experience needed.
- Experience developing clinical care policies, procedures, guidelines and protocols.
- Experience with electronic medical record charting and documentation.
