As a Tele RN, you’ll monitor telemetry units, interpret rhythms, detect arrhythmias, and implement rapid escalation plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. You’ll manage patient safety alerts, ensure timely medication administration, and participate in daily rounds to optimize pacing, hemodynamics, and turnover. Your responsibilities will include accurate documentation, patient and family education, and coordination with case management to facilitate safe discharges and appropriate follow-up.
