American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN for day shift visits in the East Portland area, requiring OR and WA licensure along with Oasis experience.

• Home Health setting serving patients in East Portland, OR and surrounding areas
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM-4:30 PM)
• 1:1 patient ratio, visiting up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• No floating between units required
• Facility can cancel up to one shift per pay period
• Charting systems include Home Care Home Base, Remote Client for Home Health, and Rover/Oasis

• Active RN license required in both OR and WA (pending licensure accepted)
• BCLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• Oasis experience required
• Must have own reliable transportation
• Primary series COVID-19 vaccination plus one booster required

• Deliver skilled home health nursing visits to patients across East Portland and surrounding areas
• Occasional travel radius of up to 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day, with scheduling designed to minimize windshield time
• Business casual attire required; scrubs allowed but not mandatory, no jeans
• Free parking available, with mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius at the same pay rate
• RTO requests should be confirmed with the hiring manager prior to submission
