Assured Home Health, part of the United Health Group family, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver direct nursing care in patients' homes across Oregon. You will document visits, coordinate care, and work under supervision to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
You must hold an Oregon LPN license, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to meet the needs of acutely or chronically ill patients in the assigned service area. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits offered.
