Travel RN - Home Health

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN requiring OR RN licensure, HCHB proficiency, and OASIS experience for Start of Care visits.

• Active OR RN license required in-hand at time of consideration
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care (SOC) visits
• Proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) charting system required
• Active driver's license and personal transportation required
• Hospice/Home Health Checklist completion required

• Home Health setting providing in-home patient care
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• On-call rotation may be required
• Travel pairs accepted, though each traveler is assigned their own territory
• Provide skilled home health nursing care to patients in their residences
• Monday orientation required, including completion of billable training modules
• Timely communication and documentation practices are mandatory
• RTO (requested time off) must be submitted at the time of application
• First-time travelers are not considered for this position
• Former permanent employees must be separated for at least 6 months and approved by HR before returning as a traveler
