We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with Pediatric Med/Surg experience for a PRN opportunity . The RN will provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients while working closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric Med/Surg patients.
- Assess patients and monitor vital signs and clinical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care.
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety standards.
- Provide compassionate, family-centered care.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
. - Recent Pediatric Med/Surg experience required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pediatric healthcare environment.
