• Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $168,00 to $226,000
• Plus, a Sign-On Bonus!

* This position is eligible for production compensation with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly.

The compensation range includes average base + production compensation. Blue Pearl also offers additional ancillary benefits, including, but not limited to, shift differentials and weekend differentials. These ancillary benefits may fluctuate by region and/or hospital.
