Compensation: $18 to $19 per hour

• Visit customer locations as per a scheduled/time allotted route
• Service all plants on the specified route day weekly
• Water, clean/treat, prune, change out plants as needed
• Carry plant materials, regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to carry 10 lb. watering buckets
• Must be able to climb ladders and use scissors/pruners and other tools
• Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner

• A fun and supportive environment with independent oriented work
• 3–4‑week field training (w/follow‑up training, as needed)

• Company vehicle, all equipment, uniforms (company shirts + outerwear) provided

• High school diploma or GED, college preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and enjoy hands‑on work
• Available to work Monday – Thursday 8am to 6pm (some holiday fluctuations)
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug test and background screening
• Must have a current valid driver’s license and be over 21 years of age (auto insurance requirement)
