Compensation: $18 to $19 per hour
What do our Horticulture Field Technicians do?- Visit customer locations as per a scheduled/time allotted route
- Service all plants on the specified route day weekly
- Water, clean/treat, prune, change out plants as needed
- Carry plant materials, regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to carry 10 lb. watering buckets
- Must be able to climb ladders and use scissors/pruners and other tools
- Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- A fun and supportive environment with independent oriented work
- 3–4‑week field training (w/follow‑up training, as needed)
- Medical insurance – offered after 90 days
- Paid vacation + birthday off

- Company vehicle, all equipment, uniforms (company shirts + outerwear) provided
- High school diploma or GED, college preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and enjoy hands‑on work
- Available to work Monday – Thursday 8am to 6pm (some holiday fluctuations)
- Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug test and background screening
- Must have a current valid driver’s license and be over 21 years of age (auto insurance requirement)
