Crew Member Job Description:

WE ARE DEDICATED TO ORGANIC GARDENING ! and are looking for passionate, experienced, full-time gardeners to join our team. Do the work you love and have fun! We provide high-end residential garden design, installation, and maintenance, with a focus on plants and organic techniques. This is NOT a mow and blow crew. We are looking for hard-working individuals with a positive, professional, attitude who strive for excellent client service;

team members who treat coworkers and clients with respect and kindness.

We require at least 1 year experience in:

• Tree, shrub, perennial and annual plant identification, maintenance and pruning.
• Integrated Pest Management, pest and disease identification and organic treatment.
• Working on a landscaping crew and/or independent gardening in a professional capacity.
• General knowledge of irrigation systems operation and repair.
• Using Google shared files, track and record daily hours worked, billable inventory used and update client task lists.
• Operating power shears, string trimmer, backpack blower. Be physically fit, comfortable working on a 10′ ladder, easily lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Have valid Oregon driver’s license and clean driving record. Fluent in spoken and written English, pass criminal history check, plant identification and pruning test.
