Quality Manager – Anatomic Pathology

Overview

Labcorp is seeking a Quality Manager to join our Anatomic Pathology team at our Seattle, WA laboratory. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative quality team within a leading global life sciences company.

Base pay range
: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr

Seattle, WA | Full-Time | Exempt

• Oversee and maintain Labcorp’s quality assurance program across assigned labs in the Northwestern region.
• Collaborate with lab teams, medical directors, and senior leadership.

• Required:
  
  Experience working in an Anatomic Pathology laboratory.
• Background as a Cytotechnologist or Histotechnologist is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and lab operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Management
• 2 years of People Leadership Operations experience, preferred.
• Diagnostics Laboratory and Anatomic Pathology experience strongly preferred.

• This Quality Professional will regionally travel as needed to support the Quality Programs and Conferences. Overnight travel may be required. Approximately 30% travel.

• Education:
  
  BA/BS degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or related science preferred;
  Associate degree and quality experience acceptable.
• Career level:
  
  5+ years in Quality Assurance/Quality Management; 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
