Responsibilities
  • Work with buyers and sellers throughout the Portland Metro area (especially Wilsonville and surrounding communities).
  • Learn how to generate business opportunities through working your sphere, calling, door‑knocking, open houses, website leads, and networking (we will teach you how!).
  • Attend team meetings, trainings, and events that build your skill and confidence.
  • Follow up with leads, nurturing relationships, and building your sphere.
  • Learn how to deliver exceptional client experiences that create lifelong raving fans.
Qualifications
  • A licensed or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent eager to fully commit to growth and dedicated effort.
  • An individual who is receptive to guidance, builds strong relationships, and takes initiative—focused on long-term success rather than just immediate transactions.
  • A professional who demonstrates accountability, follows through on commitments, and excels in a dynamic, goal-driven setting.
