Responsibilities
  • Building relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and referral partners.
  • Conducting buyer consultations and listing presentations (we’ll train you).
  • Learning scripts, systems, and strategies to generate consistent business.
  • Managing transactions from start to finish with excellence.
  • Leveraging our CRM, marketing tools, and team resources to stay organized and productive.
  • Attending team trainings, masterminds, and coaching sessions that accelerate your growth.
  • Delivering a world‑class client experience that earns repeat and referral business.
Qualifications
  • The ability to obtain an Oregon Real Estate Broker’s License (we’ll guide you through it)
  • A positive, coachable, and self‑motivated mindset
  • A desire to build a business and serve people with excellence
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism
  • A commitment to personal growth and consistency
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
