Lombard Management Group is a subsidiary of Lombard Equities and serves the firm, its clients, and its properties in the Portland, Oregon region. The Assistant Property Manager will directly support the CEO and the Director of Operations in managing the existing portfolio.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Portland, OR, for an Assistant Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager will support the daily operations of property management, including coordinating maintenance requests, processing rental applications, and assisting with leasing activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining tenant relationships, processing rent payments, preparing and distributing notices, and generating reports. The Assistant Property Manager will collaborate closely with the property manager to ensure tenant satisfaction and uphold operational excellence.
Position is hybrid and would provide full healthcare benefits and an employer-sponsored retirement plan, as well as upward mobility.
Qualifications- Experience in lease administration, tenant relations, and handling maintenance requests
- Proficiency in property management software and basic accounting or rent collection processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle tenant inquiries and concerns
- Knowledge of local real estate and property management regulations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in property management or a customer-facing role will be advantageous
