• A Post-Doctoral Research Fellow is an MD or Ph.D. in a scientific discipline.
• Post-Doctoral Research Fellows may provide clinical and/or scientific services, under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, to accelerate the development of new technologies and treatments.
• Provide expertise in neuroscience or a related discipline within basic science studies of memory and cocaine use disorder, including rodent behavior, basic molecular biology, viral vectors, stereotaxic surgery, and functional genomics or bioinformatics (e.g., Python or R).
• Manage day-to-day activities: plan and direct experiments, analyze data, publish research findings, and present at conferences.
• Collaborate with teams at Oregon Health & Science University, Washington State University, and Ohio State University on projects focused on perineuronal nets.

• Education: MD or Ph.D. with complete coursework, research, and thesis acceptance.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and independent working abilities.

USD $32.56 - $44.75 per hour
