Job Overview
Ruth's Chris Steak House is looking for a Grill/Broiler Cook. The position focuses on preparing high‑quality meats, poultry, and seafood, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Pay is variable by location.
Key Responsibilities- Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes.
- Passionately prepare food products according to recipe, technique, and procedure (meat, poultry, seafood).
- Assist the side cook and other kitchen staff in food preparation.
- Ensure proper timing and preparation of all food products.
- Work as a team player with high attention to detail.
One to two years of culinary experience, including grill and cold prep experience, is preferred.
