Salary: $105,000 ($80,000 annually + Up to $25,000 in bonuses)

We're expanding quickly and looking for a dynamic, experienced, and driven General Manager to lead our team and take our restaurant to the next level!
Position Overview:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high standard of food quality, customer service, and team performance. As the GM, you will play a key role in fostering a positive, collaborative work culture, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a leadership position that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers and staff to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory, staffing, customer service, and food safety.
- Drive sales through effective marketing, promotions, and community engagement.
- Manage the P&L, ensuring profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards at all times.
- Handle employee performance, training, and development, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant budget, controlling labor and food costs.
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational success.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, labor, and food costs.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and creating an outstanding customer experience.
- Spanish bilingual a plus
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Competitive salary of $105,000* ($80,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses (Up to $25,000))
