INTERVIEW EXPECTATIONS: The first step in our interview process is a required one‑way video interview recording. Candidates who do not complete this portion will not be able to move forward.

PAY RATE FOR FOOD RUNNER/EXPO: $16.30/hour + Estimated $9.25–$10.50/hr in Tips*

* Base salary or hourly wage varies based on prior experience, expertise, current business needs and market factors. Range excludes potential bonus or benefits.

Food Runners/Expos are responsible for delivering food to guests at their tables, packing take‑out orders, and keeping the Expo Station and Take‑out Packing Stations clean and organized according to Din Tai Fung’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
