You are a motivated, self-directed team player who is passionate about coffee, community, and a positive work environment. • Produce the best coffee drinks in town. Wow the customer with perfectly-extracted espresso, perfectly-textured milk, and beautiful latte art.
• Be authentic and personable when interacting with our customers. We only want the friendliest baristas in town.
• Be knowledgeable (or teachable) about specialty coffee and excited to educate our customers on flavor and origin.
• Diligent in accurately processing transactions, handling cash, and multi-tasking.
• Able to lift and reach for light objects, and occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
• Able to remain standing and in a stationary position for extended periods of time.

• Food Handler's Card (or to be obtained within 3 days of hire)
• OLCC Server Permit (or to be obtained within 15 days of hire)
• Passion for and/or interest in specialty coffee, ideal applicants are curious and excited about learning more about specialty coffee.

• Barista experience in a specialty coffee shop.
• Ability to pour latte art.

• Willing to work up to 10 hours per shift (typical shifts will be in the 4-6 hour range), though we are often able to accommodate your availability preferences.
