Store Associate

Schedule: Saturdays 9:00‑5:30, Sundays 10:00‑5:00, Mondays and Tuesdays 9:00‑5:30. Total hours ≈ 30.5 per week.

In this role you will assist the sales staff with selling new and used office furniture, loading purchased furniture, stocking the store, cleaning and repairing chairs, assembling furniture, and organizing the store.

• Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Lift and carry items weighing over 50 lb as required.
• Keep the store organized and presentable, clean chairs and merchandise, ensuring an appealing environment for customers.
• Perform other tasks as directed, including inventory management, cleaning, and minor repairs.

• Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
• Physical strength and stamina to handle furniture moving and loading tasks.
• Familiarity with online platforms and proficiency in posting items for sale.
• Organizational skills to maintain a tidy store and effectively manage inventory.
• Punctual, reliable, and positive attitude.
