Join IKEA as a Retail Cashier and Customer Service Associate for a part‑time, permanent role. In this position you will help customers purchase furniture and home décor items while ensuring a seamless and friendly checkout experience.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day

• Build loyalty by ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience
• Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store
• Offer additional products and services such as home delivery, credit card, and IKEA Family card
• Resolve customer concerns independently to meet their unique needs and expectations
• Provide friendly, safe, and efficient car loading and unloading services

JOB TYPE:
Permanent, Part‑time, 12–20 hours a week

HOURS:

Hourly role. Retail environment, must have open availability Monday through Sunday
THE PAY: $18.50 per hour
