Join us in the wine industry on our RNDC Sales Team. As a Sales Support Representative
, you will collaborate with the Sales Lead/Inside Sales Representative to ensure customer needs are met, including sales presentations, menu and programming collaboration, and will calls/Deliveries.
- Solidify strong customer relationships.
- Work with the customer and Sales Lead to understand areas where support is needed and provide the required help (e.g., will calls, POS delivery).
- Create and/or deliver graphics orders and may display them for customers at their accounts.
- Survey the account for new menu and feature opportunities and present promotional activities/material that will improve their representation.
- Report competitive activity and pricing as it occurs to the immediate supervisor or Sales Lead.
- Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled to increase product knowledge.
- Assist as necessary in creating customer business-building concepts to increase company share and volume.
- Utilize pricing and promotion strategies, marketing opportunities, servicing, merchandising, and category‑management skills.
- Communicate issues, opportunities, and market intelligence through effective written, electronic, and verbal means.
- Cover open sales territory as needed and as applicable, due to absence or vacation.
- This position may require working nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts.
- Maintain administrative paperwork.

- High‑school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current, valid state driver’s license and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements.
- Product knowledge applicable to the wine and spirits industry.
- Experience stocking shelves and creating product displays.
- Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), order‑processing systems, and cell‑phone time‑clock apps.
- Reliable personal vehicle to drive to customers throughout the day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, repeatedly.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required.
- Ability to read, interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively with customers and employees.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
