Sales Lead – Luxury Transportation Market

Location: Portland, OR 97203

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (every 6 weeks after hours/on call rotation)

Overview

Drive profitable growth for a high‑end transportation company by managing sales, client relationships, and fleet utilization. Lead a high‑performing sales team and collaborate with cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve defined revenue and margin targets.
  • Optimize pricing, quote, and deal process; analyze market trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Maximize fleet utilization and profitability by identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire a high‑producing sales team; set clear goals and drive results.
  • Ensure accurate client information capture and operational communication of transactional details.
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years sales leadership experience, coaching, mentoring, and KPI setting.
  • Experience closing luxury transportation deals and managing pricing and quoting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create exceptional customer experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Compensation
  • $100,000 annual base salary.
  • $40,000 annual sales commissions, performance‑based.
