• Identify their needs and recommend life, health, or retirement coverage.
• Hold phone/video appointments and guide clients through applications.
• Keep accurate records and follow up to ensure policy placement.

• Strong communication skills and a self‑motivated attitude.
• Professional, reliable, and coachable.
• Internet access and a suitable remote workspace.
• Ability to work as a 1099 contractor and obtain a state insurance license (we help).

• 1099 commission‑only with uncapped earning potential.
