We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive salespeople to accurately represent our brand, provide our clients with exceptional customer service, and cultivate long‑term customer relationships. • Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Proactively building loyalty and long‑term relationships with customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights & weekends
• Customer service experiencei>
• Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
• Proven customer service experience
• Polished professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
