Key ResponsibilitiesUsing your expertise, you will convert physicians/accounts by making sales calls and providing clinical case coverage in the operating room. You will train surgeons on Smith+Naphew products through education and training programs in your territory, working collaboratively with orthopedic surgeons, hospital and OR staff, administrators, and clinicians. In addition, you will work cross‑divisionally to increase awareness and adoption of products within the Sports Medicine portfolio.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4–6 years of direct sales experience; 2–4 years in the medical device industry preferred.
- Experience selling technology or capital products to multiple call points in hospitals (surgeons, nursing, administration, facilities, biomedical, information systems).
- Proven track record converting business at the surgeon or hospital level.
- Proven success in achieving quota year over year.
- Experience leading or mentoring team members and new sales representatives.
Within the designated sales territory with 2–4 overnights a month depending on geography, with infrequent national travel for events and conferences.
Compensation and BenefitsBase compensation range $50,000–$80,000 USD annually. In addition to base pay, you will receive competitive bonus and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, generous PTO, paid company holidays, and 8 hours of volunteer time.
