Business Development Manager — Property Management Growth Seat
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager who is a proven closer and capable of building repeatable growth. You’ll own the pipeline, run consultative sales conversations, and help shape the sales system as we scale. This is an ideal role for someone who has consistently hit goals, communicates with polish, follows through relentlessly, and wants a seat with real responsibility—not a “handle inbound and hope” job.
Responsibilities- Sales process and performance tracking: CRM discipline, KPIs, and conversion improvement
- Cross-team coordination to ensure a smooth onboarding handoff and excellent client experience
- A clear track record of sales success (quota/revenue/close rate)
- Professional presence, trust‑building communication style
- High attention to detail and strong follow‑through
- High work ethic and growth mindset
$50,000.00/yr – $/yr
Additional CompensationCommission
Pay range and compensation packageThis position includes a base salary with strong upside for high performers via our commission plan. No cap on commissions you can earn.
