Pay RangeBase pay: $85,000 – $90,000 per year.
Additional compensation will be based on experience, performance, and company guidelines.

This role is responsible for full‑cycle sales execution within a defined territory, partnering closely with regional leadership to exceed revenue targets. You will lead account development efforts, manage complex sales cycles, and act as a trusted advisor to customers evaluating advanced aesthetic solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic planning and execution.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new customer opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations, deliver technical presentationsκρι ρκ ἀ and support evaluations.
- Manage pricing, quotations, and sales negotiations in alignment with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity, pipeline, and competitive intelligence.
- Build deep product expertise through ongoing training and competitive analysis.
- Participate in company‑sponsored workshops, training sessions, and industry events.
- Consistently model company values and contribute to a high‑performance team culture.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 5‑8 years of successful sales experience, ideally within capital equipment or B2B environments.
- Strong preference for experience selling complex or technical solutions (medical device or laser industry a plus).
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
