Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative
- Automotive Aftermarket to join our Portland, OR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys automotive aftermarket products, account development, and helping customers find the right solutions.

• Represent a trusted name in the automotive aftermarket parts and accessories market
• Support established customer accounts while helping grow new business opportunities
• Build your sales career with product training, supplier education, and team support

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will connect with customers by phone, promote company products and services, support order and quote activity, and provide helpful product guidance. You'll use CRM tools, product knowledge, and strong communication skills to support daily sales goals.

• Conduct outbound sales calls to an established customer base to promote products and services
• Maintain accurate customer and account information in CRM systems
• Analyze account activity to understand customer growth, decline, and sales opportunities
• Provide incoming phone queue support, including customer service and technical support
• Enter quotes and orders accurately and review pricing, quantities, shipping details, and documentation
• Answer customer questions about parts, pricing, availability, warranties, delivery times, and company services
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business
• Support continual improvement efforts and perform other duties as assigned

• Previous sales, account management, customer service, retail sales, call center sales, automotive parts, dealership support, or related experience preferred; willing to train the right person
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Competitive, motivated mindset with comfort asking for the sale
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer relationships
• Comfort working with computers, Microsoft Office, and customer database systems
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits or trade shows

• Automotive aftermarket industry experience
• Some college coursework or degree preferred
• Prior sales or account management experience
• Experience training or educating customers, such as teaching online or system features
