• You're a relationship-first sales professional who leads with honesty, earns trust through preparation and follow-through, and takes genuine pride in every guest experience you create
• You have automotive or consultative sales experience -- or a background in hospitality, luxury retail, or client-facing work and the drive to grow into luxury automotive
• You want to represent a brand people are passionate about, in a city that rewards authenticity and genuine connection

• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores
• Stay current on BMW's full lineup, technology features, and the growing EV and PHEV offerings
• Represent BMW of Portland and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

• Automotive sales experience preferred -- candidates from luxury hospitality, high-end retail, outdoor and lifestyle industries, and other consultative backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Genuine enthusiasm for the BMW brand -- performance, technology, and design are real talking points in Portland and the best consultants believe in them
• Relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present and earn trust before you ask for the sale
• Self-motivated with a consistent track record of follow-through and results
• Clear, honest communicator -- BMW buyers are informed and appreciate a consultant who respects that
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• OTE of $50,000 - $120,000+ annually
