Columbia NW Heating is seeking a friendly, outgoing Customer Engagement Representative to work onsite at Home Depot locations in Beaverton or Portland (Mall 205). You will greet shoppers, discuss basic HVAC needs, and help schedule free in-home estimates using a mobile app. No sales involved; performance bonuses are available.
Hours are 25–30 per week, Wednesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. HVAC experience is not required; training is provided and a positive customer experience is emphasized.
