Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Operations Supervisor manages a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites at the direction of line management. This Position supervises Field Supervisors and other security personnel and performs inspections and ensures that post orders are being followed, coaches and trains personnel and carries out administrative procedures in support of Branch operations.

• 2 Years Security experience required.
• Scheduling experience required.
• 2 Years of Leadership experience required.
• Ability to train and develop employees.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Computer literacy.
• High level business and management knowledge.
• High customer service orientation.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

As an Operations Supervisor you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site.
