The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. The supervisor will manage staff on the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within an approved empowerment range.

This is a Shift Lead/Supervisor hybrid role. The position consists of working 3 shifts as a shift lead and 2 shifts as a supervisor.

$28.93 - $31.77 per hour

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner; use of initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
• Frequent preparation of written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
• Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
• Licensing requirements may be required by state and/or local laws and regulations
• Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience; clean driving record as specified; required minimum insurance level
• Successful completion of background investigation, pre‑employment drug/alcohol test, and possible driver's record check
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Able to:
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
