What you will do
Depending On The Assignment, Duties May Include
- Conduct foot or bicycle patrols.
- Monitor entrances, lobbies, common areas, property conditions, and safety concerns.
- Provide customer service, directions, and assistance to clients, tenants, and visitors.
- Observe and report suspicious activity.
- Complete daily activity and incident reports.
- Respond to non-emergency incidents.
- Enforce property rules and policies professionally.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
