Legacy Health is recruiting a Safety Security Officer II at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Portland, Oregon.
Position details- Base pay: $ per hour; non-union.
- Schedule:
On-call; variable schedule including weekends and holidays; 12-hour shifts. A 10% on-call differential and minimum shift availability apply. - Requisition 26-49254.
Protect patients, visitors, staff and property while providing courteous assistance and documenting incidents.
High-school diploma or equivalent; two years of relevant security, corrections, military, first-responder or behavioral-health/ER experience, or one year as a Legacy Associate Officer. Two years of public-contact/customer-service experience and a qualifying driver's license are required.
AHA Healthcare Provider BLS and DPSST temporary or full unarmed certification are required within 14 days; full DPSST certification and Legacy de-escalation training within 120 days. Legacy physical-control training is also required.
Differentials- Advertised differentials: evenings $2.50, nights $4.30 and weekends $3.00 per hour.
