Responsibilities
  • Deliver a great client experience by educating them on ways to improve the health, safety and comfort of their home environment.
  • Analyze factors such as property size, insulation, climate, and energy‑efficiency goals.
  • Recommend HVAC systems or upgrades, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork improvements.
  • Provide quotes and explain financing options.
  • Communicate daily with sales coordinator and/or sales manager.
  • Answer customer questions, guiding them through the decision‑making process to purchase systems or services, and inform of relevant equipment information.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction after installation and offer maintenance plans.
  • Document every call/job in an organized and detailed manner.
  • Attend training, meetings, and required follow‑up/prospecting during office hours.
Qualifications
  • Prior industry experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
Physical Demands
  • Stand/sit; remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
  • May be required to bend, climb stairs/ladder, do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods.
  • May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb, lifting, carrying or pushing.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment up to 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions.
