Field Service Technician – CNC Equipment (Live Anywhere in the U.S.)
$40–$50/hr + Travel Premium + Full Support Package

We’re looking for a true machine tool expert who can hit the ground running:, leveling, aligning, installing, and rebuilding CNC equipment for manufacturers across the country. You’ll be backed by a first-class support system that gives you everything you need to succeed:
company truck if needed, gas card, AMEX, laptop, phone, and complete travel support.
This isn’t a desk job. This is a career for techs who crave variety, challenge, and adventure.
What You’ll Do- Travel nationwide to troubleshoot and repair CNC machine tools
- Level, align, rebuild, and fine-tune machines with precision
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced test equipment
- Install new machinery and ensure flawless startup
- Train customers and junior techs when needed
- Keep documentation tight, clean, and professional
- Represent our elite service team with pride and confidence
- National overnight travel required
- Occasional extended trips up to 11 days
- All expenses covered — truck, gas, tools, hotel, everything
- 3+ years of CNC field service experience
- Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use precision measurement tools and diagnostic equipment
- Professional communication and customer-facing confidence
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Willingness to travel with short notice
- High school diploma/GED (technical certifications are a bonus)
