Appliance & Refrigeration Repair Technician at Sears.

In this role you will diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves, while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences that exceed expectations.

• Keep the company truck well‑maintained and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude with testing & repair tools.
• Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Proficiency with smartphone for part ordering.
• Successful background & drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Willingness to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs as required.
• Ability to perform required physical tasks.
• Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
